Abbe Ravens has been a practicing psychotherapist for over 30 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the City University of New York in 1973 and her master\u2019s degree in Social Work from Columbia University in 1978. She has extensive post-master\u2019s training in psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, substance abuse, and dependence.\u00a0 Abbe works with patients experiencing mood, personality, and anxiety disorders, as well as alcoholism and addiction. Her work entails helping people identify and understand their own emotional obstacles so they can live their lives to the fullest potential.
