Allison is a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and provides individual psychotherapy, family counseling, and group counseling. She received her master\u2019s degree in clinical counseling from Western Connecticut State University in 2009.\u00a0 Allison incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into her therapy working with adults with dual diagnoses as well as personality disorders, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.\u00a0 She also has worked with individuals combatting learning and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and physical impairments.
