To scroll with no particular benefit or destination in mind can and is detrimental to our mental wellness. Unfortunately, it is easy to become addicted&nbsp;to flashing images on our phones. Frequently, this behavior is triggered when we are bored, lonely or feeling ill at ease in a social setting. Anxiety prompts these responses. Anxiety is a condition that is treatable.
