Being the judge puts untold pressure on you emotionally. Constantly looking for what is wrong creates a negative aura. Not enough of this, too much of that, too big, too small,\u00a0 too high, too low, too fast, too slow and on and on. A tip for this week is to just let go of judgments. Try to be more proactive and positive. If something needs adjusting\u00a0or fixing, put more energy on that rather than dwelling on what is not right. Solutions are found within the problem. Spend more time on the solutions. If you are caught in a pattern that inhibits this type of release from negativity seek help.
