A co-payment is a set payment made at the time a service is received. Co-payments can vary greatly among <\/span>ins<\/span>u<\/span>ra<\/span>n<\/span>c<\/span>e<\/span> plans, so check with your provider to find out how much you may have to pay. We ask that you pay your co-payment on the date of service.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

A deductible is the amount of money you must pay before the <\/span>ins<\/span>u<\/span>ra<\/span>n<\/span>c<\/span>e<\/span> company beg<\/span>ins<\/span> covering part or all of your medical expenses. Deductibles can vary greatly among <\/span>ins<\/span>u<\/span>ra<\/span>n<\/span>c<\/span>e<\/span> plans and types of service. Please check with your <\/span>ins<\/span>u<\/span>ra<\/span>n<\/span>c<\/span>e<\/span> company to find out if you have a deductible.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

If we do not take your <\/span>ins<\/span>u<\/span>ra<\/span>n<\/span>c<\/span>e<\/span>, we do accept fee for service patients and charge highly reasonable self-pay rates with sliding scales for those who cannot afford our rates. We will provide you documentation and help you get paid from your <\/span>ins<\/span>u<\/span>ra<\/span>n<\/span>c<\/span>e<\/span> as an out of network benefit.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

<\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span>What if I need TMS or Ketamine therapy and my insurance does not cover it?<\/span><\/div>

You can still do TMS and <\/span>Spravato<\/span>\/ketamine with us using \u2018out of network\u2019 benefits that we will negotiate on your behalf prior to embarking on the treatment.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0

If you insurance will not work with us for out of network coverage, we can always negotiate a private self pay rate at a rate that works for you<\/span>

We don’t take Medicaid at this time. For help finding clinicians that do, we recommend using Zocdoc.com,
